Our Annual Report 2021-22
Our Annual Report has been developed for tenants, with tenants and summarises how we’ve delivered services from April 2021 to March 2022, as well as looking at what’s happening now and in the next 12 months.
The report demonstrates how we’re more than just a landlord and includes how we’ve:
- maintained building safety
- kept properties in good repair
- engaged with tenants
- carried out neighbourhood management
- handled complaints effectively
These themes have been taken them the forthcoming Tenant Satisfaction Measures from the Social Housing White Paper, which intends to make landlords’ performance more visible to tenants, and help tenants hold their landlords to account.
