Celebrating our Apprentices

This year’s theme is ‘Skills for Life’; reflecting on how apprenticeships can help people to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.

‘Improving opportunities for employment and training’ is one of our ambitions and we’re proud that our apprenticeship programme has a strong track record in building a better future for local people. We currently employ 15 apprentices across the company, 5 office and 10 craft apprentices.
