Berneslai Homes new website is launched

Welcome to our new website.

The new Berneslai Homes website has been designed with our tenants and customers in mind. Looking at feedback from our tenant voice scrutiny group, we’ve made some key changes to the website layout, content, and design for a better user experience.

One of the key changes has been reducing the number of clicks needed to find information. Most of the website can be accessed within one or two clicks, and the top four most visited pages are now featured on the home page as quick links.

As well as offering a range of online transactions and essential information for tenants on things like safety and repairs, the website details what support is available to our tenants, including support with the cost of living, and advice and guidance on damp and mould.

There’s also information about how tenants can get involved and have their say, and how to contact us to give a compliment, comment, or complaint. Hearing customers is one of our strategic ambitions and we welcome your feedback, good or bad.
